The Brief:
To completely update and manage a fast paced e-commerce site from an old Actinic system to something that can compete with today's online marketing requirements (especially in the highly competitive Toy market).
Our Answer:
Our strong understanding of the Toy and gifts market helped to win this contract. After initially integrating 'Productcart .asp ecommerce system' we got to work building and customising the site to our clients needs, and branding the sites look and feel accordingly. (At a later date we were also asked to re-design the ET logo). Logo services.
Correct use of SEO techniques has helped this site become number one for the key words 'educational toys' ( a very competitive search phase)
We have managed and maintained the site for the past two years and are happy to report a 130% revenue increase for EdToys over that period. This has been achieved in many ways but Markite provided further online marketing support when required by out client, producing regular email marketing campaigns. We also manage the Pay Per Click campaigns for the site.
Educational Toys is one of Markite's bigger web projects, and is coded in ASP and uses a MySQL database.
